For Speakers

We are excited to announce a 9-week series of online events, on key topics in Enterprise AI, AI Robotics, and AI Hardware. Our conference is where leaders and innovators meet to share, inspire and network. We’re proud to host some of the most well-known and influential voices in the field.

We have a global outreach to close to 200,000 professionals in AI and Machine Learning. The focus areas of our members are AI Robotics, AI in Enterprise and AI Hardware. We are expecting around 1000 attendees. 
We are looking for expert speakers from the pool of technical or management leaders in machine learning and artificial intelligence in different industry verticals.

In each week, between Sept 21st to Nov 19th 2020, we will dive into a particular subject area. A week starts with a live keynote presentation/panel on Monday. Then on the following Tuesday and Wednesday, we will host networking roundtables, AMA with subject matter experts, and live demo sessions. One of the panel includes AMA with subject matter experts will be provided for pre-recorded talks that are released on Monday in that week. Thursdays will feature tutorials and workshops hosted by companies at the leading edge of AI. The events of each day will start at 3pm PST and won’t exceed 2 hours. You can choose the events for which you want to participate.

Please note that in-person conferences (i.e. AI Hardware Expo on May 5th-6th 2020, AI Enterprise Expo on August 25th-26th 2020 and AI Robotics Expo on November 12th-13th 2020 at SEMI, Milpitas, Silicon Valley) are converted into this virtual AI Expo series.

Speaker Requirements

All the speakers need to provide their

  • bio

  • photo

  • abstract (for talks) 

For Panel Talks, the panel moderator needs to provide  his/her bio along with the panel description and the bios and photos of all the panelists.

All the speakers and panelists need to electronically sign the Copyright And Consent Form.
